Excellent value and with a couple of years age it has integrated is acidity very well. Crisp clean Chardonnay, very pure fruit. — 7 years ago
Lovely crisp burgundy! Kristen cairns bought at Noe valley wine shop — 9 months ago
Tasted a little oxidized at first, then that blew off and then fresh, bold acidity. — 4 years ago
I had to try one. It’s awesome. So light, the color Is medium garnet but more transparent than most. When I poured I worried this would be too thin, but not the case! The nose is floral, red fruit, and a touch of hay. Light body, but it dances. Cherries, pomegranate, strawberry... really nice. I can’t wait to try the next one after 5+ years and hope I give it time to let in some mushroom, soil, and brown sugar. I’m imagining this with that and think it’ll be a 97. — 4 years ago
Good experience - the tannins melted away, taste of tobacco, leather. Nose forest floor and mushrooms — 6 years ago

One of the darkest/deepest sparkling roses I've had. Nice fruit notes, good balance of different red & dark fruit and acidity. — a year ago

Killer second wine. Lemon oil, lanolin and oak. — 4 years ago
Not a dead giveaway of Chablis on the nose, but very lovely in its own way. Softer mouthfeel, a hint of spring green (English peas) on the nose, gesturing toward botrytis. All held in balance but more 2013 forward than Les Preuses. — 6 years ago

Love Patrick Piuze Wines. This Chablis is classic: acid, tart green apple, minerality and hint of salinity. Delicious. — 9 months ago
