Really excellent. Passion fruit, pineapple and some nice lemon on this. Refreshing and delicious. — 9 years ago
So much passion fruit. I mean, I'd guess this is fermented passion fruit juice, over the top pith, passion fruit, rind....but I love it...in small doses. — 9 years ago
Sauvignon Blanc 2013 Marlborough- intense tropical fruit, passion fruit, citrus, stone fruit, and fresh cut grass notes. Light refreshing. Very springy, seafood pairing — 11 years ago

It tastes like a Pina Colada! — 9 years ago
Crisp yet milder than others in the region. There is a citrus flavoring that is toned down with the fruits of melon and passion fruit. Nose is full of tropical fruit flavors. — 11 years ago
Wine with passion, devotion, form and refinement! — 13 years ago
Green apple translucent yellow in color. Great nose with loads of passion fruit, grapefruit, and apricot. Hints of fresh rubber and grassy stone. Medium plus acidity with medium long bitter melon rind finish gives it great structure and crisp juicy mouth feel. Very ripe fruit forward Sauvignon blanc. — 9 years ago
Ok. Let this breathe for 45..... and it is beautiful. I can smell rose petals and cherry sauce emanating from the glass from 3 feet away! The tannins cut right through the ravioli. This reminds me of tannic Oregon Pinot Noir. Rose water mixed with saddle leather and wet earth. — 9 years ago
Dried papaya, passion fruit nectar, and flint in a strangely austere way. Beautiful. — 9 years ago

The color appears on the lighter side of what I would expect from a Rhone syrah. Ruby, quite transparent but no bricking yet. The wine airs well with a lot of flowery characters - rose petal, violet, and a slight hint of vine stem. Structurally in tact at 4 years of age. Medium plus acidity and tannin. Elegant with, again, floral showing on the palate backed by red cherry, some earthy, and mushroomy notes as well as slight meatiness. Good quaffable Saint Joseph that would do probably better with 4-5 years more of cellaring time. 89+ — 8 years ago
