A Classic Toscano with an intense aromas of red fruits, plums and a subtle hint of orange peel. It has an attractive garnish color, medium dry with beautiful moderate tannins. Feel a bit warm and the 2019 shows its right prime time. — 8 months ago
Had at SFNET in Chicago. Drove it home on bike. Smooth cherry forward but strong enough tannins. Excellent — 10 months ago

Needs air. Definitely decant. In 2019 I rated it a 9.0 and in 2020 I now give it a 9.1. Age has been good to this wine softening and rounding the edges. — 6 years ago
Farmy nose, medium dark body, light berry and pepper notes, semi-dry. Pretty good wine. — 6 years ago

Cannot go wrong with 2018 vintage on most central Tuscan wines and this isn’t an exception. A nice, inexpensive, appealing and approachable Sangiovese driven with a gentle tannins, bright orange acidity, juicy cranberry, ripe red cherries and spice and subtle touch of oak. A perfect pizza companion wine for a casual drinking! — 4 months ago
