Riserva Dei Padre Serviti 2018. Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, cherry, leather, red berry; on the palate, cherry, plum, leather, oak. Strong tannins. Finish of cherry and vanilla. Excelente este Carmelo Romero Reserva 2010 degustado en el Día del padre 2010. Color con algo de evolución, brillo y limpidez presente. En nariz frutos rojos confitados y en mermelada junto a tabaco, cacao y especias. Vino con excelente bouquet y estupenda conservación 9 años después de su cosecha. Delicious Barolo. Haven’t had this producer before. Quite classic with an edge of modernity in the seamlessness of the finish. Great dark fruit, bit of earth and leather, excellent acid, tannins are obviously there but not overwhelming (especially with steak). Quite delicious. — 13 days ago
