Really good — 10 months ago
This Mexican red wine certainly feels earthy and fruity like other Valle de Guadalupe wines I have had. This wine, though comes from the Italian grape Nebbiolo, doesn’t really have the sharpness (full tannins) most Italian wines have and most often need a food pairing. This wine because it’s light, smooth and almost Zin-like without being overly sweet. — 4 years ago
This is an excellent red blend. Has a dry finish, but is exceptionally smooth, balanced and fresh.

from Jeremy and Blair’s Mexico trip. light and fizzy and floral and pure delight — 6 years ago
Best in price range, but slightly too hot and simple. Rustic and w. Pronounced hay note. — 7 years ago
Strawberry and stony nose
Some stone fruit, medium body, high salinity, softer tannins, tinges of grit on the finish.
Overall a very pleasant wine, and one worth getting into.
I have been loving exploring the wines of Mexico for some time now - this holds its own in the foray. — 3 years ago

A chilled red on a perfect Arizona day, what more does one need?
This is a tart juice, cranberry with a lil strawberry sidekick. Perfect to drink by itself or with a meal. Held up with our pasta night! — 4 years ago

Fruity, bubbly, acidic finish. Beautiful. 👌🏼 — 6 years ago
Smell like a Dr Pepper but with none of the additives (obviously). Skrate cherry cola. Cranberry and cutting acidity. Supple and generous but light and pristine at the same time. Vg — 6 years ago

Tonight I have opened the 2015 Caduceus Anubis Red Blend. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc and 20% Petit Sirah from Wilcox, AZ hand picked from vineyards at 4300 feet and aged for 18 months in French Oak Casks.
On the nose there is black cherry, blackberry, black plum, black currant, black pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, alcohol and oak.
On the palate I am finding black cherry, blackberry, green bell pepper, black currant, licorice, baking spice and rich soil.
This wine is medium to full bodied with medium to + acidity and medium + fine tannins that lead into a medium to long dark fruit finish. My first Arizona wine and not too bad. The weekend starts tomorrow so please be safe and have a great time. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷 — 4 years ago
