Smells like freshly cut grass and lemons. Tastes floral, bright, light and ends with a bit of acidity (but less punchy than other Albarinos I’ve had which i really liked). Chilled, this would be the perfect picnic wine or seafood wine or afternoon wine, but we had it with eggplant pitas on a rainy evening and it was just divine. — 5 years ago
Almost the perfect wine for everyone. Not too dry, not too sweet, with interesting complexity that makes it very drinkable. — 6 years ago
Nicely balanced with both tangy brightness and crisp saline finish. Lots of ripe citrus and a little round peachiness on the mid palate. — 6 years ago
This wine is going somewhere. It made me think. — 8 years ago
— 11 years ago
Afrutado, suave y que acompaña muy bien al pescado o marisco — 12 years ago
Another Iberian stunner I hadn’t tried before. Pale garnet, translucent at the edges. Gorgeous nose has rose petals, strawberry, dried leaves, black tea. Palate is earth and floral tones, rocks and tart red fruit in that order. There’s like a slight crunchy vegetal pink peppercorn thing going on too. Could go with just about anything (this pizza very much included) — 4 years ago
Refreshing and very enjoyable! Similar to what we’ve had at little Spain. Bright and a little oaky. More like a sav Blanc but more interesting. — 5 years ago
Lovely example of Albariño from the O Rosal sub-region. Subtle apple, white peach and cucumber, moderate acidity and lively mineral notes on the finish. Notably silky texture in the mouth - beautiful with grilled scallops — 7 years ago
80% Albarino, 15% Loureiro, 5% Treixadura — 9 years ago
"Grand Cru" Albariño 100+ y/o vines from the parish vineyard (more like a small lot). 3yrs on lees no oak. Yum!!! — 11 years ago
Drank at Riley’s Gig. Good balance of acid and fruit. — 5 years ago
Screaming for shellfish! Nice crisp acidity, but balanced to drink w/o food. Great as a cold porch pounder, and opens up nicely. — 6 years ago
Green paprika & cucumber. Full of flavor, crisp and quite rich. — 7 years ago

Very high quality Rias Baixas white wine from HGA wineries. 13%vol. Albariño, Caiño and Loureira grapes. Slightly acidic, young and elegant wine. Yellow fruit aroma on the nose — 11 years ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Made from 100% Albariño from the O Pucha Estate, An outstanding Albariño. Bright pale lemon with aromas of stone, tropical fruits and elegant floral scents. On the palate flavors off melon, peach and pineapple with honey-like tones. Well structured and balanced, medium+ finish ending with savory mineral tang. Nice! — 3 years ago
