Cherry and minty. Acidic but super nice. — 6 years ago
Nice tannins, great fruit flavor and spice! Needs some time to open up but very good. — 7 years ago
Very nice barrel aroma and flavors. Very different. A little sweet and seems a little unbalanced somehow. — 7 years ago

1963 planted vineyard. Nice crisp citrus flavor. — 5 years ago
An old gewurz-dominant field blend, that comes across especially perfumed and seemingly with a pinch of residual sugar. Simple yet abundantly interesting, and between the sweetness and nice acid backbone, this was a great partner to spicy curries. I enjoy Bedrock’s rendition more than Carlisle’s. — 6 years ago
This is a tasty Napa Cabernet. Showing black fruits, cedar, vanilla, licorice, tobacco, chocolates, mocha and coffee.
Full-bodied and smooth with soft tannins with nice length on the finish.
Good by itself or with food. Showing a nice mouthfeel with nice complexity. Spicy and tangy.
This will be beautiful in 5 years.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
91 points.

Enjoyed this. First time i had it. Great nose. Very palatable no back end. Nice summer red — 8 years ago
Beautiful pale gold in the glass with thin edges. Pineapples, pears, honey crisp apples, and vanilla on the nose. The aromas don’t try to overpower you with, instead they subtly seduce you. Plush mouthfeel and incredible balance. This is not a stereotypical buttery Chard, nor is it overoaked. There’s oak to be had here but just about the right amount. On the palate, the citrus qualities come to life more but not in an overbearing manner. Lemon, more pears, and melon on the forefront with butterscotch and apple pie on the backend. A little unexpected spice note on the finish takes this baby home. Classic but not austere, a bit of elegance without the pomp. Very nice stuff. — 9 years ago
