Gorgeous, umami depth. Needs about 1 hr air. — 7 years ago
Something really special given it is only the third Palo Cortado from the butts of the solera under oxidative aging. Medium body herby aromatics from Jerez — 8 years ago
Tenuous, flor driven nose. Totally unique and beautiful. — 8 years ago
Since reaching my third decade on this planet, I feel it’s only right to graduate to Sherry. How content I am to be introduced to this smooth talking goat from Valdespino - one of Spain’s oldest Sherry producers. Gold, cloudy and unfiltered. Hold up to the light to discover flecks of pink rose and lime around the edge. A wise nose possessing orange peel, menthol, vanilla essence and grandmas underwear drawer. A spectacular drop, that summons you to drink and think more slowly. I guess that’s why the old birds love it. Pour yourself a Sherry and slow down my friends. — 5 years ago

How about just "Yes" burnt Carmel nutty dry well balanced. Perfectly paired with olive oil cake. Beautiful. This is the third sherry from this producer I have drank in the past 2 months and each one outdoes the previous one. Pure heaven that goes on and on. Nothing else needs to be said. If you are able to acquire this, I strongly recommend you jump on this beauty!! — 8 years ago
Again... always a fan favorite — 4 years ago
Deep saline core textured with nutty and citrus finish. Seriously tasty. — 5 years ago
Keith's annual fino dinner where I over drink carbon dated sherry. Dry start and finish with rockstar spunk. Very mineral. Special barrel at the end of the line with the oldest wine in the entire solera. — 8 years ago

Very orange/brown. Big butterscotch, banana nose with an intensely saline palate. Yumm. Equipo has been wonderful, up and down the line.
