white pepper and aromas of cheese and dill. Its complex and crunchy- like salt and vinegar chips — 4 years ago
I was very impressed with this. Lots of texture and grip, with a savory character as well. A rosé to make you stop and think. — 5 years ago
Just a tad shy of the 2017, I’m still enthusiastic about this vintage. Similar color and a familiar capgun and flint scent that eventually morphs into popcorn (no butter) and settles into yellow pears and lemon.
Spicy and deep with complexity, it’s only one point off from 2017 and that’s because it’s a bit rounder. Still, it has nicely balanced acidity. Generous finish. One of my favorite North American chardonnays ever. — 9 months ago

You don’t miss your water ‘til your well runs dry. — a year ago
Super evocative wine. Lots of rocks, green bramble, intensity, and huge perfume. Didn’t know what to expect, but thoroughly enjoyed. — 3 years ago
The wines from Craft Wine Co. include the Ovum and Minimus lines and are constantly a favorite. Here is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Muscadet, and Chard. It’s the Willamette take on white Burgundy - well oaked but harmonized - with sur-lie influence ala Muscadet. Notes of white flowers, vanilla, apple, and lemon. — 4 years ago
This is amazing. Unlike any sort of Rose I’ve seen. Not dry. Rich I color. — 5 years ago

Two cool varietals. I havent had St Laurent or Monteuse in ages. The plan? Create two separate, single varietal wines from these grapes. But when they were finished fermenting, they had a little leftover of each so they put them together in a barrel. When they tasted the resulting blend, they realized that the combination was better than either alone.
This is a full bodied and intense wine with rustic red fruit, good herb and spice, and high tanninic structure. Savory and dry. So unique. — 6 months ago
