Sep 17th, 2018Acacia aged Syrah from Oregon - who knew?! Smoked olive, birch tree, salumi, and cooked raspberries. A stunner. Minimus is continuously pumping out of the most interesting (and usually delicious) wines coming out of Oregon. Cheers to even more.
