10 years ago I moved to this city for an incredible six months, from which came my career of the last 10 years. Big changes are afoot and I’m looking for new opportunities. I think this is the perfect wine to kick it off. — 8 years ago

Star bright yellow gold in the glass. Full nose of hay, white flowers, dried apple. Bright acidity leads the savory medium palate of hay and stone with a back spritz of apple juice and citrus rind. A food wine, to be sure. Sausages and spaetzle with apples and onions are in demand! — 9 years ago

2020 vintage. MV Shiraz. MV stands for both Mc Laren Vale and Multiple Vineyards, as this is a 100% Shiraz blend from 4 of the 6 biodynamically farmed Paxton estates. All parcels were vinified seperately, aged in French oak and blended prior to bottling. Intense perfume of blackberries and subtle spices with a hint of eucalyptus. Fresh, energetic and balanced with very good spicy length. Abv. 14%. — 5 years ago
