Love me some alpine nebbiolo, and this didn't disappoint. Takes a minute to open up, but then is generous and super aromatic, with just a notch lower tannin structure than Barolo or Barbaresco, which opens the door to pairing with a wide variety of dishes. That said, mushroom tagliatelle wasn't a stretch, and sure was a great match. — 8 years ago
