Dry, crisp, medium-bodied. Pear, melon rind, a little leesy-like roundness. Definitely needs a warm up (not heated, just not cold) as tasting straight from the fridge makes it seem disjointed and hot. Ginnosei and Miyama Nishiki rice varieties.

Super rich and delicious example of tokubetsu sake, loaded with gluey umami mouthfeel and waves of cucumber and melon

Light pear and citrus aromas. Elegant and soft with a dry light finish. Very good for the money. #PA price $15.99

Sweet, buttery, reminiscent of a lightly oaked chardonnay, with the crisp green apple notes of a Riesling.
