Deep purple color with some ruby variations towards the rim. High viscosity. On nose wine is clean medium plus intensity. Blue and black fruits. Tart plum, raisins. Oak present. On mouth wine is very fruity almost appears to be sweet. Acidity appears low but high alcohol is not noticeable, so acidity must be higher. Tannin really silk — 4 months ago

Very similar to the Macauley, just a little more extracted. But I felt this was slightly fuller on the palate, with a little more precision with the varietal expression. Again, another youthful wine with runway ahead of it. Marvelous now tho. — 2 years ago

Another wonderful gift from @Mike R and his lovely wife Rhonda.
We rarely drink cab franc, so this was a rare treat. Never as dense as a cab, but presents a lithe texture with a silky smooth mouth feel. Lots of minerality combine with soft oak and overripe cherries. Very well done and complemented our meal perfectly. For its age, it’s still a baby! — 2 years ago
