Racy acidity, very dry, and a little salty on the finish. An intricate but delicate wine- best with simply prepared seafood or chicken, or with rich soft rind cheeses. Reticent on both nose and palate for 1st hour. Both unfurl with air. Meat, black fruit, floral on nose. Expands in glass. Palate fills out: nice whack of salty earth, iron, meat, black cherry.
