Bruised apple/pear, citrus blend w/ grapefruit leading the charge, malt, ginger, graham cracker, chalky powder, limestone marl, light bread dough to baguette crust, withering yellow flowers, excellent rainfall acidity, balanced, nicely toned, elegant and smartly elegant polish that lasts a full minute and lands on soft spice - volcanics.
Splurged on another one of these for Christmas dinner. So delicious and lemony. Went perfectly with roasted lemon-herb salmon and sweet potato lentil salad. Pescatarian Xmas! — 10 months ago
Very very nice. Smooth and almost lacking texture, but instead it delivers this silky wonderfulness. A bit too yeasty, lemon peel, green apple and pear. Like it very much. — 10 years ago
