Really fresh, yeasty, with steel, lemons and good definition. A lot of promise. Young — 6 years ago
Solid product, but lacks depth. Heat is pleasant but not overpowering. The vanillin on the other hand is overpowering. — 7 years ago
Brioche and lemon cream. Lovely! — 8 years ago
A fine wine with lots of fruit and mineral aspects. Can still age a bit — 4 years ago
Cherry pie, rhubarb pie, and fresh strawberry on the nose. The palate displays dark cherry, cooked strawberry, cedar, white pepper, and solid minerality. A big bodied but silky Pinot with medium minus tannins, medium plus alcohol, and high acid. — 5 years ago
Very closed, needs time, but has potential — 6 years ago
5 years old and this is pretty fresh and bright. Ripe peaches and marshmallow. Pairs well with Cowgirl Red Hawk, the stinky cheese seems to bring out some light sweetness. Great stuff. — 7 years ago
Nice and light - had at richies with nuggets — 7 years ago
Light minerality. Great pairing with seafood. — 8 years ago

Very fruity but not sickly sweet. Goes well with a meal but just as pleasant by itself. Would definitely buy again — 5 years ago

Very delicious. Peppery and sooo good — 6 years ago
Dude. We we’re eating Indian when we opened this bottle & it was the most perfect thing with the cuisine on the table. It’s mineral, it’s acid driven, it’s flavorful, there’s the right amount of RS with a refreshing zippiness that just kept me coming back for more. — 7 years ago

Slightly savory, lemon curd, salinity, sea spray, green apple, pear, lean with subtle toast almond, sour dough, mouse bubbles and racy acidity. Med plus to long finish. What a beautiful neat champagne could go with almost everything. — 8 years ago

Aged Muscadet. More complex than expected. Citrus, white fruit on a intense frame of acid and minerals. Refreshing and perfect pairing with pan sautéed halibut. — 3 years ago
