Great Californian Cabernet at a reasonable price point. — 5 years ago
Eric liked a little more than Jill, for the price at least. Good peppery taste. Above average. — 6 years ago
Very dry, vanilla, dark fruits. Smoky on the nose. Outstanding especially for the reasonable price. Would definitely buy again. — 8 years ago

Bolognese leftovers?
Bam!
Rich toasty on the nose.
What a fun, easy malbec for the price!
Finished a bottle in college once. Was in the attic watching TV in a party house. Nostalgic vibes only. — 4 years ago
Australian Gamay, first time trying. Really good bottle tart red fruit, crisp acidity, black pepper and fresh turned earth on the finish. — 5 years ago
Well balanced Cab from Oak Knoll in Napa. Very drinkable and just enough complexity to keep it interesting. This 2015 is just starting to show and would benefit from another year or two in the bottle. Big, bold, and balanced. Would be interested in trying other “reserve” wines from Black Stallion. Good value for this price point. ($25) — 6 years ago

Very smooth, nice blend for group with unspecified tastes. Nice full body for the the price point. — 8 years ago
Terrible when I first opened it, but after 4+ hours of aerating, MUCH better. It's a little high on the price, but a really good wine after aerating it. — 9 years ago
Very good, smooth red especially for the price! — 4 years ago
Soft tannins, light, notes of black pepper and some fruit I can't totally place... something kind of sweet and juicy, perhaps cherry. Really drinkable and pleasant, especially at this price point. — 5 years ago
Exceptional. Price value ratio, outstanding. Anyone who knows these wines knows that they are traditional, old school style riojas with that extra layer of finesse that sets them apart, but many of the other vineyard bottlings require extensive aging beyond even what the winery sometimes deems appropriate. This, on the other hand, has many of those characteristics we all love, but with the freshness and lift that makes it so drinkable and food friendly today. Having had 2008 and 2009, the 2010 is truly a cut above. — 6 years ago
Great flavor for the price. Would buy again. — 8 years ago
Excellent wine for the price — 8 years ago
Very smooth wine. Great price but not as good as the Kirkland Columbia Valley cab/Merlot blend. — 9 years ago
