Deep purple in color; blackberries, plums, and oak on the nose; high acidty; medium tannins; tastes like blackberry jam, red plums, and graphite with a long finish. Nellie likes it. It goes really well with a steak. — 7 months ago
Bold and fruit forward as you'd expect, with a floral undercurrent that helps it stand out from the pack. — a year ago
I wasn’t expecting this to be as god as it is for $17 or so. — 2 months ago
Dry, good with spicy fish tacos, mild fruit flavor, comes out more when warmer, it's really very nice. Almost bubbly feel to the sip. — 3 months ago

This wine shows why consumers need to stop thinking of Argentina as a one varietal country - there’s a lot to love besides Malbec, like this delicious Cabernet franc. Red cherry, black cherry, blackberry, a touch of oak, vanilla and cedar, and a nice sense of dusty underbrush and dried herbs. The soft tannins and medium plus acidity balance all the flavors to give a seamless package of restrained elegance. Terrific with food and a great value. — 9 months ago
