@Jonathan Wall - got me back on track. One of my favorite examples of Pinot Noir from anywhere. 2008 showing loads of structure, forest-y notes and wonderfully deep red fruit. Fantastic. Wish it wasn't our last bottle of the 2012. Subtle Pinot fruit with thyme in the nose. Earthy palate of damp mulch or wet leaves with a nicely balanced red fruit and a savory and slight saltiness in the finish. A great wine from a really cool winery. Clean, medium intensity nose, dark fruit, chocolate, leather. Full body, medium acidity, medium level of tannins (very silky). Flavours of plums, cherries, chocolate. Long finish.
