Spent the afternoon in Mosel at the gorgeous new Selbach-Oster tasting room with Barbara and Johannes Selbach. Every single wine they opened was incredible. Bright, balanced and beautiful from the Troken to the off dry and even the old late harvest Johannes treated us to.
