Jerusalem cab? Awesome balanced nose; plummy but not too fruity, well-balanced oak and subtle dill notes. Well-integrated tannins and tasty finish. — 9 years ago

1995- starts mellow and a bit underwhelming, but opens up beautifully. Elegant, silky tannins, leather, tobacco and bell pepper with hint of Cocoa beans. Paired with roast chicken, Jerusalem artichokes and lemon. — 9 years ago
Like just about everything in this wine. Strong yet not overpowering, feels like when you open your spice cabinet after a while, bay leaves and anise. Very very good. — 9 years ago

I don't usually love Merlots but this was nice, smooth and dry. Picked it up at the winery in the Judean Hills outside of Jerusalem. — 9 years ago

A wine made for difficult to pair dishes from Yotam Ottolenghi's Jerusalem. Bright, tropical favors of lychee and melon from Riesling, Gris and Gerwurtz, held together by a sturdy Pinot blanc foundation. Really enjoying everything I've had from @Brooks Winery. — 8 years ago
