A wine made for difficult to pair dishes from Yotam Ottolenghi's Jerusalem. Bright, tropical favors of lychee and melon from Riesling, Gris and Gerwurtz, held together by a sturdy Pinot blanc foundation. Really enjoying everything I've had from @Brooks Winery.
