Been waiting to try this wine, had it with Prime Rib Xmas dinner. Was a lot darker in appearance than expected, but not acidic, or dry.

When one waits there can be rewards. This Cab has delicious plum and currant flavors, soft oak accent and long finish. Was ready and well balanced.
