Wonderful, beautiful Pinot from the Chablis region. Drinks like a cooler region Pinot - fruity, light-med body, smooth, low-med tannins, nice acid. Could age a bit longer still. — 4 years ago
a little acidic at first but it really opens up as you drink it. i like it more and more. — 5 years ago
New single vineyard called Les Cailles from Thierry. So great. Big stanky cherry and mineral on the nose. Some licorice as well. Very aromatic. Palate has big fruit and big acid and so much of that rustic and tannic mineral Irancy charm. But remains elegant and sappy. Nice freshness on the very long finish. Excellent. — 7 years ago
Really good Irancy in a great place. Green herbs, wet earth, dark raspberry, menthol, underplaying rustic barnyard funk with notes of exotic spices. Creamy red raspberry on the palate a with string pepper and spice undertones and an unctuous mouthfeel. Finishes with spice and pepper dominating the acid, both refreshing — 8 years ago
Loved this Irancy Pinot with Christmas tenderloin and root veg gratin. Elegant, balanced. None of the funk other reviewers found. — 5 years ago
