Oceanic agar suspends a muted, pickled peach and matches with fruit bat guano, pine chips, coffee, cardamom and white pepper aromas. Underripe bing cherries, toasty apricot, clove, scorched lemon, blood orange, underripe tangerine, grapefruit and kumquat: a particularly sour, yellow one. Take some awesome pedigree fruit, over oak the crap out of it and then add some oak chips and shavings for good measure. Round vanilla, dark berry and you guessed it, wood grain. Disappointing for the price point, no debate here. — 9 years ago
