Always love this wine. This vintage seems more fruit forward than other vintages with a lot of apple flavor. — 11 years ago
Rounded, tannins softened nicely. Great witb lamb — 11 years ago
Had it hidden in the apartment for a long long time. Wasn't sure how it would be after 10 years in so so conditions but it was fantastic. Delicious! Had it with a lamb stew and everything was perfect. Have a bunch of newer vintages in the cellar and counting down the time to for that special occasion to start enjoying them. — 12 years ago

Dark red color. Cherries and oak on the nose. Lush flavor of sweet berries, blueberries, plum, raspberries, violets, touch of white chocolate and sweet vanilla. Long finish, soft velvety tannin. Great with lamb. Check out this wine in Costco $36 — 11 years ago
Had this 2008 bottle with rack of lamb. Still pretty damn good. — 11 years ago
Great full cab paired with steak and lamb. Fruity, tad sweet, hint of tobacco or something smoky sweet. Not as good as the 2006 though. — 12 years ago
Finally got a bottle. Had with grilled lamb and chicken for Father's Day celebration. Obviously very good but not $200 good compared to other classic Napa red wines we've had . — 10 years ago
Pretty delicious with Easter lamb with rosemary. — 10 years ago
Hatef to open Herb Lamb Vineyard, but went to pull the 07, noticed the cork protruding so opened it & decanting. The nose is jammy with black cherry, and black berry with hint of spice in the aromatics. The palate shows black fruit with menthol, vanilla& cedar/cigar box. The finish lingers with coffee & caramel. Will update — 10 years ago
