Silky smooth, pairs nicely with lamb. Fun dinner with our favorite neighbors. — 11 years ago
Great full cab paired with steak and lamb. Fruity, tad sweet, hint of tobacco or something smoky sweet. Not as good as the 2006 though. — 11 years ago
Had this with rack of lamb; my first taste of oregan pinot. Well done domaine drouhin! — 10 years ago
Hatef to open Herb Lamb Vineyard, but went to pull the 07, noticed the cork protruding so opened it & decanting. The nose is jammy with black cherry, and black berry with hint of spice in the aromatics. The palate shows black fruit with menthol, vanilla& cedar/cigar box. The finish lingers with coffee & caramel. Will update — 10 years ago
Dark red color. Cherries and oak on the nose. Lush flavor of sweet berries, blueberries, plum, raspberries, violets, touch of white chocolate and sweet vanilla. Long finish, soft velvety tannin. Great with lamb. Check out this wine in Costco $36 — 10 years ago
Opened for Daniels birthday had with grilled lamb, was fantastic! No flaws!! — 11 years ago
Had it hidden in the apartment for a long long time. Wasn't sure how it would be after 10 years in so so conditions but it was fantastic. Delicious! Had it with a lamb stew and everything was perfect. Have a bunch of newer vintages in the cellar and counting down the time to for that special occasion to start enjoying them. — 11 years ago

Classsic Bordeaux. Cedarbox dark fruit. Dry dusty. Ready to drink. I used to love bordeaux now i think they are great wines for steak and may be lamb but over all they are not that interesting. They lost their sense of place. — 10 years ago
