Beautifully aged. Paired so perfectly with Chef Norman Van Aken’s Pork Havana at his Orlando Ritz Carlton location. Medium toast from the oak, vanilla, balanced, velvety mouth feel. Dried fruits, blackberry, cherry, tobacco, licorice. Soft around the edges. Decanted for two hours. Could cellar for a few more years. — 8 years ago

Dark fruit, tart tannins, complex. I’d buy a case of this vintage and enjoy with a Cohiba from Havana 🇨🇺 — 8 years ago

Mid nineties in Havana calls for a cold beer. Rather tasty and hit the spot. Want to cheers all the wonderful people we met and wish them the best. We were lucky to make it to this beautiful city the week before the new sanctions went into effect. Hopefully it will be short so the good people of Cuba don’t suffer too much. — 7 years ago

Like drinking a vintage leather couch seasoned with the finest tobacco from Havana. What a steal at this price. — 8 years ago
Drank at Havana Social in NYC. BlackBerry, blueberry, currants, and slight leather notes. — 8 years ago
Wow. Creme brûlée. Smoke. — 8 years ago
A pronounced note of Havana ash on the nose, with earth and blue and red fruits on the palate, this is very enjoyable now. Whether it gets any better depends on your preference for fruit or for more tertiary notes. If it's the former, drink up. If the latter, hold a couple of years. — 9 years ago
This Chateau Belgrave 1945, from a half bottle with a lower mid-shoulder level, was simply one of the most enjoyable wines I’ve ever had. Absolutely stunning; smokey, aged tobacco leaves - like a cigar shop in Havana. Lovely acidity, and phenomenal length! What a vintage:-D — 7 years ago
Purchased this bottle in Havana last year. The locals recommended it as the ultimate sipping rum. This is a super smooth rum — 7 years ago

Drunk with the delicious mixed grill at Havana Parilla in Bar Harbor Maine. A Spanish wine list not to be missed if you are a fan.
Dark ruby color. Wonderfully integrated aromas of ripe fruits, leather, savory herbs and sweet oak. Polished texture that was as enjoyable without food as with. — 7 years ago
