I’m a big fan of PNs from SLH and maybe see SB a second with some others but this Pali (under $20) bottling just kept on opening and ended up with a lot of sweet berries. If you don’t get Pali check them out and join their club. Great drinking whites and reds — 6 years ago
Really interesting to drink this one at 16 years old. And although I think this was on the back side of the hill, it was still very much in the game. Lost lots of its sweet fruit cham. More linear. Mulberry and some fig and clove. Can definitely taste the age. If cellared well, I actually think this has a couple of years but I don't think it has more than that. — 7 years ago

Elegant! We are loving the quality you can taste coming from Grassini wines. This Sauvignon Blanc is floral with a nice full bodied and round finish that lingers with flavor. — 10 years ago
Day 1: Very pure bright strawberry and cherry. Super fresh and weightless.
Day 2: Damp earth, smoke, and spice....same weightlessness.
Two wines for the price of one. — 11 years ago
Wonderful Roussanne. Glad to have found it, and glad there’s more. — 5 years ago
Orange, elderflower, green apple, saline, minerality. Extremely chuggable young summer wine. — 6 years ago
An amazing Syrah with balance. Fruit from start to finish. The price point is a bit tight but a wine that can be laid down for several years to come. — 8 years ago

have enjoyed a few of these over the last few years, loved them consistently. — 10 years ago
I had this at Kali in Los Angeles, where sommelier Drew Langley watches over an immaculately curated wine list. Does "Summer of Riesling" do it for you? It does for me, especially when they are such good examples. My wife had a Kabinett, but I had this Vandenberg example from Santa Barbara County. They listed it as "dry and medium bodied," which is good advice for a Riesling. This one, though, has a nice touch of petrol - I mean why order Riesling unless it has that? - along with extreme minerality and a muted citrus note. Paired it with the Niçoise salad to great effect. Also a hit with the wife's roast pork, Pennsylvania native that she is. — 10 years ago

Loved this one. One of the best reds i’ve had this year. — 6 years ago
Nice black fruits with a little with of cocoa and a little bit of dust. — 8 years ago
Every white grape on earth might be in this blend. The result is a blast of ripe apricot, pear and melon. Hint of lime. Maybe some fennel? Very fruity, but not to the point of no return. If you’re not looking for crisp acidity, you’ll be okay with Tenshen. — 8 years ago
A delicious blend that warms you up on a cool night. Great to curl up w a good book to. Bought in Santa Barbara at the Grassini wine tasting room. — 9 years ago
Nose of lavender and red berries. Flavors of bacon fat, black berries, and herbal notes. Crisp and lovely. — 10 years ago
Opened an old one for Mother's Day. It decanted for an hour and it was amazing! — 10 years ago
I had another bottle of this but decanted for 4 hours. Really mellowed and deepened and took on some sweetness. — 12 years ago
One of our favorites! Oak, pine, rich and aromatic. Smooth oakey finish but not too dry. Mild dark berry sweetness. — 13 years ago
