Third time I’ve tried this wine. Haven’t always loved it but this time it’s very good. Beeswax and apricot. Nice weight and some nice phenolic bitterness that keeps things balanced.

Every white grape on earth might be in this blend. The result is a blast of ripe apricot, pear and melon. Hint of lime. Maybe some fennel? Very fruity, but not to the point of no return. If you’re not looking for crisp acidity, you’ll be okay with Tenshen.
