Super mineral nose. Wow. Deep and finely etched minerals. No fruit. Salty. Apricot, peach and white cherry. Honey? Complexity. Unbelievable finesse and crazy acidity and superb minerality. Really long finish. Tons of complexity and a GG like character. Inner mouth aromas. Salty and harmonious. Lovely. Stunning. What a value here. Superb baby GG. — 3 years ago

Laser acidity, but with a lot of depth. Grapefruit, lime, hints of tropical fruit that allude to a sweetness that is totally not there at all. Great length, too. — 8 years ago
Nose: mountain stream, yellow flowers, fine minerals.
Palate is golden apples. Minerals. Big acids.
Needs at least an hour decant. On open is correct but not delicious. As it opens it gets more interest and deliciousness. Nose is more intense and round. More sensual. Palate is much better. More depth and intensity. More peach.

Yep, this is what aged Riesling is about. Ample acid, fruit, tertiary notes all balanced with a M+ body and length that doesn’t quit. — 7 years ago

Super complex nose. Layered and confectionery. Matchstick. Intense minerality. Powerful and elegant. The minerality. Jagged, rocky minerality. Concentrated. Attack is powerful and the finish is so refined. Wonderful purity. Long and detailed. Chewy and concentrated. Very dry. Such finesse. Trucker in a tutu. Wow. Super pure. What a finish. This is genius. This has the finesse and elegance of the top wines of Germany. — 3 years ago

So enjoyable and at a great price point! My favorite with crispy chicken - the bright acidity absorbs the fatty deliciousness and it’s 👌 — 6 years ago
First time trying a Sekt and I’m a big fan. Really crisp with balanced acidity and mineral-driven fruity overtones. White peach, lemon verbena, lemon meringue, and stone fruit. Paired perfectly with Thai for dinner. Served chilled in Riedel Performance flutes. — 7 years ago

Reductive and a bit closed with a herby, a touch bitte note. Juicy, racy acidity with underripe lemon. Yet there’s some darker character - not the flowery light type. Quite some weight & power. Yet not so much charm.
