100% Carricante. Pale gold color with greenish highlights. Aromas of apple, lemon and white flowers with a hint of smoke. Palate notes peach, lemon and minerals. A bit of saline and smoke on the finish. Bright and well balanced but still quite delicate. Thanks to Ron B! — a month ago
Surprisingly complex, barnyard smell, unfiltered cider, grapefruit minerality, apple, funky. Better with food than on its own. Initial effervescence disappears quickly. Touch of honey. — 2 months ago
See 2 previous notes on this excellent wine. Honeysuckle and ripe pear - low acid. Unctuous is the texture. Pinot Bianco appears to be underrated and probably doesn’t get much better than this. If Pinot Bianco (PB) was always like this, everyone would be growing PB. — 2 months ago

Vintage 2019 | from the rather obscure carricante grape, what an effort! Floral smell, seabreeze! Nice bitters. Bought some for cellaring. — 4 days ago
