A+ wine. Complex with the uniqueness of the ant Etna region. Cherries. Cinnamon, salt, burnt wood - love this. — 7 years ago
Let it breathe, but it's silky, black fruit , delicious new world cabernet - with well integrated oak flavors and minty feeling finish. Tannins are high & sweet, alcohol is also high & wine is dense like yogurt ;) , luscious with high acidity, blackberry jam, fruity but so good. Typical New world but really tasty and balanced, cedar and mint ant the finish. — 8 years ago
The 2012 Tina Marie was the best vintage I've had from this vineyard. Great Pinot characteristics, plum, forward juice, raspberry, soft tannins, but heavier than other 2012s. Definitely more life in this one. Drank over three days and was tight throughout. One of Ant Hill's best 2012s. — 8 years ago
Wow what a treat. We let it decant for an hour and then poured it back in to the bottle ant let is sit for 4 hours with no cork. Just amazing. The complexity is amazing and I feel like I can taste the terroir. It was very acidic at the beginning but that went away after we let it breathe and it was replaced with an amazing complex assortment of dry fruit, flowers, and that French funky dirt taste. Merry Christmas and cheers. — 8 years ago
Nice! Surprising but well balanced! Jammy, cherry! — 6 years ago
Mid Ruby in colour. Highly aromatic nose reflecting its youth and freshness like freshly baked blueberry pie. Ultra savoury and juicy on the palate - a note of crushed ant amongst the raspberry notes. Medium minus tannins. Loving these unoaked fresh dry reds using old vine fruit. TheSkip if you liked Bests Bin 1 you will love this. Bottom line delicious. Most importantly my wife loved it. Tasted 168 weeks later on 14th February 2022 with Georgie home. We all loved it. — 6 years ago
As good as it gets in Oregon PN. Lots of bright r fruit, spice ant the finish goes on and on. Just a great, enjoyable wine. — 7 years ago
Delicious- light, crisp ant not too dry. Oddly paired well with a chopped chipotle ranch salad with tortilla chips and bacon. The lovely crosstie bottle with the glass stopper Is a plus-I recycle them to fill with infused spirits — 8 years ago
Intense green apple and tropical fruit with a touch of lees. Zesty and fresh. A little more structure than the norm NZ Sauv. $20 — 8 years ago
Tawny red. Earthy nose of dried cranberries, brush, herbs, and stone. Nice texture in the mouth. Great finish. At peak i think as the fruit has softened ant the tannins are nicely resolved. — 8 years ago

After a brief decant this wine produced a lovely perfume redolent of ripe plums ( almost pruney) Earth, minerals, black fruits and a little crushed ant. Also espresso notes A lot going on from this premium Barossa Cuvée On the medium to full bodied palate prunes plum and earthy meaty characters. This was an exceptional Shiraz. The fruit for the Command comes from a vineyard planted in 1894. — 6 years ago
