Ripe red cherry, sanguine characters, fruit cake [giveaway: St Emilion] allspice, tobacco. High tannins (the grip indicates a vintage with heat spikes) — tasted at the blind tasting session by Mary Gorman-McAdams — 7 years ago
Decanted for 30 minutes. Drinking wonderfully right now but still no rush! Lush dark fruit, eucalyptus, a bit of bacon fat, and smoke charcoal. Drank side by side with Gorman Winery's The Evil Genius 75% syrah 25% cab blend. The Relentless wins this H2H even when factoring price. — 7 years ago
Darker gold than you might expect from a Chardonnay, medium+ viscosity. Nose is interesting, seeing oak, white flowers, and some darker inorganic notes...earthy mushrooms, maybe? Palette is hot, with more oak, pear, apples, good dose of acid. — 9 years ago
Very nice, non tradional blend. Earthy, flint, dark berry. — 10 years ago
2/2024. Good Washington Cab. Smooth and nice on the palate. — 3 years ago
Wonderful!!!! Robust, but smooth. Dark fruits, black currant. Excellent for the price! — 8 years ago

Bold up front. Disappears on the back end. Heavier beef stock type flavor to it. Not too fruity. We enjoyed this one and it was easy to drink. -2018 vintage — 5 years ago
Delicious. Mom liked it a lot. — 7 years ago

Wonderful fruit for a 16 year old wine. Still lots of structure, flavour was smooth and fruit large. Colour just on the verge of brick with lots of red and purple still. Would still be good for another 5-10 years. Cork broke, had to decant but glad we did. — 2 years ago
