Please drink this pure and not over ice cream. — 6 years ago
Concentrated and intense with very good complexity, burnt caramel, brown sugar and cashew. The finish is long, smooth and luxurious. — 6 years ago
Een zeer welkome afwisseling voor combinatie met kazen. Slechts halfzoet (in tegenstelling tot de Pedro Ximénez) maar daardoor een zeer goede combi met vette en romige kazen! — 7 years ago

I love this one. It is a good wine to enjoy anytime. Vino jerez. — 5 years ago
Very good quality with a solid expression of its provenance and a good length. Bruised apples, yeast, bread, iodine and a dry chalkiness puts this right where it belongs a good concentration on the palate which could last longer. As all serious sherries it is performing well above its price which takes you the question that everyone ask themselves, why don’t I drink more sherry? — 6 years ago

Root beer. Delicious. Needs nothing, perfect on its own. — 7 years ago
Mahogany color with molasses, caramel, espresso, bittersweet chocolate and subtle baking spice aromas. On the palate it's full bodied, viscous, and very persistent with a supple mouth feel that's beautifully balanced with a penetrating acidity that keep it from being cloying and persistent with very good acidity that keeps it from being cloying and provides balance. It shows very sweet flavors of molasses, honey-dipped figs, dates, caramel, and baking spice nuanced citrus note with a kiss of oxidation that adds to its allure and complexity. Over the top great. Incredible smooth with hints of caramel, raisin, and oak. Very elegant over ice with lime twist. Best that I've tasted — 6 years ago
From my vault of opinions, Sherries over-perform for credit due. This Amontillado is considered entry but it’s definitely not basic. It sits halfway between Fino and Ollorosso in structure and since its unfortified, it’s pleasantly light.
Spiced orange and salty caramel apple with honeyed notes on the fringe. — 6 years ago
