Crisp lemon and limestone, great QPR — 7 years ago
Tart and sour. The wife says it tastes like apple juice and she liked it the next day when there was less fizz. I do agree that this was still good even after being open on the counter overnight. This and a cold pizza, perfect. — 8 years ago

Really bright and fresh. Lots of red fruit, high acid on mouth, comparable to Beaujolais in style — 10 years ago
Delicious bubbles, not super complex but very tasty — 11 years ago

Minerals, yellow fruit, amber — 6 years ago
A very good example of a typical Brut. Good nose, dry, smooth with pear overtones and perhaps a touch of citrus. A great first wine for Une Femme ‘The Juliette’ produced for Jen Pelka of The Riddler by Gonet-Médeville vineyards. At Parcelle Wine School Feb 11th — 6 years ago
New disgorgement and label. Opened with more red fruits strawberry and raspberry but after yellow apple, pear and red apple skin, saline and a slight chalk. — 7 years ago
Tapan Ganguli who works alongside and for Sophie Gonet changes the way I drink champagne. He unlike many brings the place to you. Not just the product but the soul and spirt to be drunk in the product. I am a follower and end up closer to Epernay than I actually am as I drink and stay warm up on Howell mt — 9 years ago
Young. And perfect. The perfect contradiction of big and small. A fucking atom bomb of gorgeous funk & stunning clarity. Like John Coltrane made this wine. And the price: my God. This is the standard. — 10 years ago

Intriguing savory flavors, 100 %Pinot Noir, barrel fermented, 2g/l RS, creamy texture due to super fine bubbles. A great find. — 9 years ago
Rich, mouth filling with brioche, toast, spiced apple and mineral. Lovely wine. — 10 years ago

Popped and poured after the Gonet-Medeville BdN 1er. This is also mostly Pinot Noir however with 20% Chardonnay. Comparatively, this pours a more pale color, again with a persistent mousse. Aromas of white flowers (specifically citrus blossom), white peach, and ever so lightly toasted brioche. On the palate, white peach, pink lady apple, lemon and minerals. Good acid. Long finish. Lovely texture. This came across as a noticeably more rich, refined, and elegant Champagne and it made a beautiful pairing with my selection of Mussels Dijonnaise. Disgorged August 21, 2018
