Excellent champs but a touch drier than the Laherte Freres last weekend which I thought was perfectly balanced — 5 years ago

Top notch Ladoix. A few more years should take the heat off the finish. Otherwise, exceptional value. Loaded with fruit and flinty graphite. I’d really like to revisit this. — 7 years ago

Mogna aromer av mörkt frukt, balsamico och vanilj, Smakerna är varma av solmogen frukt, toner av lakrits. Komplex och elegant, sammetslena tanniner och ett långt trivsamt avslut. — 4 years ago
Very perfume, more on the light and delicate side with aromas of Rose and cherries, getting sweet at the middle, medium to short finish. Good value and ready to drink. — 5 years ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The BdB d’Aÿ GC pours a straw color with medium viscosity and a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with ripe orchard fruits and autolytic notes: apple, peach, lemon curd, lightly toasted brioche, nuts and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long, creamy and toasty. Rich and decadent. Drink now. Disgorged March 2022. — 9 months ago
