Love Palmaz wines (and I might love their winery tour over their wines, which says something about their tour). Elegant red, blue and black fruits. They rush at you, but give way to earthy and herbal secondary notes alongside Mexican vanilla. The finish is lengthy and velvet like. This is a Napa Cab that is so easy and enjoyable to drink.

Really love this wines red fruit tension against its firm tannin structure and balanced acidity. This could've went the way of too many overly manipulated wines with the technology this estate has, but it seems they know where to stop and let the fruit shine. @Capital Grill in Austin for Palmaz luncheon.

Forest floor., dark fruit., with a great finish which expresses some coffee notes. . Always a reliable pour!

I'm a big Palmaz fan. I love the slightly cocoa notes on the finish. The girls loved this wine and the guys focused on those which will follow this post.

@David A Lentine This one blew me away. Significantly better than I imagined. 2nd place finish behind Au Paradis. Incredibly well made. My 1st time opening up one if these from my cellar. Thank goodness I bought 12!! Lol

The king of Coombsville! Splendid Cab full of dark fruit, mocha and black tea in a robe of velvety tannins with a bit of grip.

S'mores, vanilla bean, cherry, raspberry leaf, coffee bean, semi sweet chocolate. Velvety smooth no elbows

Wow. Like its 25 minutes later and I'm still tasting this thing as if it's still in my mouth. Holy jeez.
