This is the 2007 vintage. One of the better 2nd tier Marg River Cabernets for around less than half price of the big guns at approx $40. Not quite as good as the standard Vasse Felix or the Woodlands Margaret for the same price. Good fruit and herbal notes from a good vintage. 17.5+ — 11 years ago

Cofermenting with Viognier and blending with some Mouvedre gave this wine richness, depth and body. — 13 years ago
2013 vintage. One of the new wave of Artisan winemakers like our Delectable mate Fraser from Sami-Odi. Fresh juicy and funky. Just enough whole bunch acidity without over doing it. Silky but not delivering enough of the ripe fruit Grenache characters that one gets from old school old vine Grenache in The Vale. — 10 years ago
I love this. Huge and awesome. Dark. — 11 years ago
This was my least favorite of the 2003s upon release, but I guess that shows what I know. Drinking amazing. Jammy with a nice balance — 11 years ago

Nice gamey notes on the nose, and the palette, slightly jammy red fruit followed by an enjoyable acid grip and spicy notes. — 12 years ago
