Weiser-Künstler’s entry-level Feinherb (off-dry) Riesling from old, biodynamically-farmed terraced vineyards around Traben-Trarbach, a picturesque town on the Mosel and once a major wine trading hub rivaling Bordeaux. Light and super refreshing with delicate aromas of green apples, cantaloupe and floral notes. Chalk, mineral character and bright acidity. — 6 years ago
Gorgeous Barossa shiraz. Not too heavy, very drinkable. — 6 years ago

2021 vintage. Riesling is Germany. Drink this wine. From the Mosel region, this wine has distinct flavors, highly aromatic. Apricot, green apple, beeswax, wet slate. Lots of acid and minerals and an off-dry finish. I expected a slight sweetness that never came. Do yourself a favor and buy more than one bottle. — 3 years ago
Sparkling wine, feeling so fine. This was so lovely. The grapefruit notes made it very memorable. — 4 years ago

Not your uncle’s Pinot Grigio. Full bodied and luscious with ripe orchard fruit, minerals, and enough structure to keep evolving in the cellar. This was a fun left field bottle to share with wine geeks at thanksgiving. $40
More info: 25 year old vines in heavy clay soil. Pluris vineyard is steep with only one row of vines per terrace for maximum exposure. — 6 years ago

Powerful aromas, ripe black fruits. Light and fruity in the palate with a surprise smokiness. Some of the natural wine comes through on the nose and palate, but not overpowering. Very drinkable! Perfect pairing with our Christmas Eve Austrian Dinner! — 9 months ago
