Delicious stuff! Acid framed a lovely core of bright orchard and citrus notes. Seems to be at about peak.

Mosel to a T. Ripe, vibrant lemon. Pungent petrol. Clean auslese mouthfeel countered by frame of acid. Chiseled slate. Softened honey after settling. Sitting in a great tertiary spot now, but acid tells me this has years ahead of it, even if I don't think it'll get better. Thanks @Jason Pesaro.

Toasty, fenugreek, furniture polish, saw dust, creamy texture. Pretty damn good with highly spiced Indian take out.

Properly old with predominant tertiary aromas of petrol, wood polish/resin and a vaguely golden fruit quality. Stood up well to a spicy veg stew, probably die to low alc, 9.5%.

Med deep golden yellow. Mature nose of petrol and golden fruits. Elegant mouthfeel with noticeable acidity rather than sweetness and a slight bitter edge on the finish.

Just a touch of rubber with intention. Subtle beeswax and Orange tropical fruit. Simply irresistible? Perhaps.

Lots of residual and excellent flavor. We were gulping this during our spicy thai meal. Not a ton of acidity or mid palate came through for me.
