Interesting blend with sweetness from the Roussane and heaviness from the viognier balanced with the minerals of grenache blanc. — 6 years ago
Spicy and full bodied. — 6 years ago
Nose has yeasty bread, green mango, fresh lemon peel, clementine wedges, oxidized pear and wet, crushed limestone.
Palate has insane citrus rind, cold clementine slices, squeeze of lime, firm apricot, yellow apple peel and yeasty minerals (if that were a thing).
Crazy amount of power behind each sip, reveals so many layers and nuances as it warms in the glass, stunning.
Blend of 2012/2013 plus reserve wine, partial malolactic, half in stainless and half in oak barrel, 12 months elevage and 41 months of bottle age, all Grand Cru from Avize. Fun stuff here tonight! — 7 years ago

French Laundry welcome champagne — 5 years ago
Still young and crackling with intensity after a little air exposure. Nose is herbal with fresh ripe peaches and creamsicle, palate is texturally supple with tangy tangerine, yellow pit fruit, apricot, pineapple, finish is stony and nicely bitter. I think it’s not too far away from peak given how quickly it opened up but could evolve a while longer. Going to forget about the next bottle for a few years — 5 years ago

Warm, lush, peppery with cherry and fruit. Wonderful wine. — 7 years ago
One of absolute favorite wines right now. The Granache is blended beautifully with Syrah and Mourvèdre to bring out the absolute best of each - dark fruit but not too sweet, dried raspberry and slight spice... aroma is out of this world, eyes rolling-back in your head bouquet leads to complex and balanced on the tongue with smooth tannins without losing body, and a beautiful, supple finish. Yum. This southern France style blend should hold up another few of years. Thankfully we have another bottle to lay down!! — 8 years ago

A really crisp champagne from a small(ish) independent house. Almost like a milky tone. — 7 years ago
Kicking off with this bottle to start a night is putting in a cheat code for a game. Layers and layers of flavors. Pears, apricot compote, yeasty goodness and more. #primetimewinetime #右上の会 — 8 years ago
