Tastes a little flatter than I expected, probably because of 9 years of age.
Be that as it may, medium + body and very fruit-forward flavor profile. Decent acidity and mouthfeel.
Primary notes on the pallet are cured meat, acai berry, black pepper, and plum skin. Hint of tar and gamey jerky. — 6 years ago

Not cheap (yeah! Which Vosne Romanée is?), but it certainly delivered a clean, expressive, sour cherries driven, expression. Fennel to the red fruit, a metallic note, slightly jammy for Burgundy, with good acid and structure that makes me think why in hell I opened up this so early. — 4 years ago
