This is no prisoner to European wine law. A blend across the board. Dark earth, vanilla, cedar, toasted marshmallow and fresh leather. — 10 years ago
Always a great cab, but generally after a 15-20 year lay down. This tasting was still tight, but fruit came through. — 10 years ago
Inky, jammy and delicious. Perhaps better for sipping than with food. — 9 years ago
Hands down my favorite Cab. Excellent. Not too heavy. Received as a gift. — 10 years ago
Sweeter than I normally drink, but man does it go down easy. — 10 years ago
Needed more time to lay down. — 11 years ago
Bliss. This 2001 Tondonia went down well... — 13 years ago
Rich, ripe nose. Light on the palate. Not the longest finish. Maybe going down the other side of the hill. Nice wine, nonetheless. — 9 years ago
Outstanding as usual! I have to slow down - otherwise I'll drink through all my bottles of the 2000! — 9 years ago

Hands down the best wine I have ever had. The depth and complexity were outstanding — 10 years ago
A little too late, smoky but winds down quickly even in decanter, still worth the evening. — 11 years ago
Very nice and balanced the whole way thru. It could have rested a lot longer for sure, glad I have a few more laying down. Good night friends see you in a year or two. — 11 years ago
Very good from would like to lay it down for a couple years and revisit. — 13 years ago

Mmmm this was very good. Good fruit concentration with an aroma right down my alley - dry fruit, smokey, earthy, earl grey and a little nutmeg. Full body, high tannins and a long finish, of course, for a Nebb ;) — 8 years ago
