Color deep, ruby to garnet. Nose has roses, red fruit, toast, meaty. Ample tannins and acidity with ripe red and black cherries, plum, dark chocolate, tobacco, savory. Long finish, stays fresh. — 9 months ago
Dried flowers, ripe plum, orange peel nose. Blackberry, blue plum, pepper, ~coffee, meaty and savory. Finish not real long but balanced and fresh. 69% Mourvèdre, 27% Grenache, 4% Counoise. — 10 months ago
Deep ruby color. Nose is ripe plums and black cherry, licorice, wet sage. Chocolate. Full even tannins, toast, coffee, finish dried fruit, blueberry, still rich. Last bottle, last Selene. One of my favorite little learning trails. — 9 months ago
Viognier from York Mountain. Nose is roses, apricot, honeysuckle, some musk. Flavor has apricot, mineral-salinity, peach skin, toast. Good acidity and bit of oiliness through long finish. — 10 months ago
