This was poured through a Zazzol aerator and just spilled out Cassis, black olive, cigar box and vanilla/brown sugar from the glass. Should she well for another 8-10 years. Delicious!

Slightly tart, a little dry but would be very good with red meat! Expensive but good for a nice occasion ;)

Savory, cassis, dried herbs, pomegranate, med tannin, med-high ABV and sweet vanilla. Hate to say, but standard Napa cab. Doing some damage with a New York steak, but a bit boring in the long run. Hope I don't sound too harsh, but this is a wine I wished would have dazzle me.

Lovely dusty color. Rust on the classic rose. Aromas of berry. Flavors are what you expect in Napa Cab. Herbs, cassis, and the best berries. This is wonderful.

Dec 23rd, 2019Stag’s leap Artemis - first smell - manure. Soil. - a little fruitier than the silver oak. It’s smoother than the silver oak but typically I am just not a huge fan of stags. But when coming back to it. It’s much better than the silver oak. Ahhhhhhh. This is actually my favorite now. 9.1+

Jul 20th, 20192009 vintage in August 2016 - ah, the power of aging a nice vintage. Very deep color and classic Cab fragrance, drinks smooth and like more expensive offerings.
