Prune flavors, but dry and round. Spicy/woody on the finish. Unassuming but complexly flavored. Deserves its own attention — don’t smother with food — 4 years ago

100% Barbera, ruby, red color, with red fruit, red cherry, raspberry and hints of tobacco on the nose, Medium + body, medium + flavor intensity, cedar and red fruit. Very good. Drink now or hold a year or two. — 10 months ago
Dark ruby coloration. On the nose, cherry, raspberry, florals, oak, vanilla and leather. On the palate, spices, dark fruits, cherry and plum, rich and medium- full bodied. Medium finish with rich chocolatety tannins but still very present acidity that finishes with an interesting citrus note, like a tart orange. — 4 years ago
