Continue to be impressed with what I’ve had from Pataille. This has very nice aromatics, and a complex and deep flavor profile. Minerally with a long finish. Medium / full body. Delicious. — 8 years ago

No. 2 in the Vosne Romanee bracket. Some spirity oak notes. A sweetness to the palate with drying fine Tannins. Re- tasting:- Not quite up to the others in this bracket in terms of weight. A little alcoholic and clumsy in this company. My least pointed at 95 points but still a Gold Medal! — 7 years ago
2014. Very pretty mineral driven white pineapple, tangerine and chalk flavors, with a pleasant viscosity. — 8 years ago
Nice Peking duck pairing with Vosne. — 10 years ago

French Chardonnay with more mineral than oak but still a tad of the latter. Much more minerals than a California version. — 9 years ago

This is magical. You know when a white is really open for business and showing the benefit not detriment of oxidation? This is that. Compelling and mature and probably in its best spot. Started off as a aperitif and became a food wine and something for contemplation too over a few hours. Great work! — 6 years ago
