Much better day 2. Red fruit, leather, fairly light bodied, dry and balanced but not too complex. — 4 years ago
These three were bright, vital and loaded with life. Served blind to a table of 11, the closest guess of their vintages was ‘13-‘15. They have such a long life ahead - 2004, 2005, 2006. — 5 years ago

Very nice Burgundy Pinot Noir. Dry and smooth to the palate. Enjoyable at dinner in France with Molly and Armand. — 4 years ago
Amazing wine, easy to drink and light enough to go with every course of your meal. Not anything overwhelming on the nose but definitely a go-to from Saint Émilion — 6 years ago
Un St Jo comme j’aime. Excellent millésime, plus expressif que 2015 — 6 years ago
Delicious Syrah from pic saint loup. Vanilla, cherries, good acidity and tannins. Good value drinking — 6 years ago

Always a treat when Prieure Roch crosses your path. My surefire highlight of the night. Thank you @Jeremy Shanker and @Daniel Khasidy @dankay! — 8 years ago
Prieure Saint-Hippolyte - Languedoc - Blanc
50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Viognier, 25% Vermentino
Nice fresh fruit, dry, Peach, pear, floral, wax, stones.
Not the biggest, baddest, longest aging wine ever, but... a very well made Languedoc Blanc to be enjoyed now, under $15.
Guessing 11-12.5% ABV (label range 11-14), went nicely with an omelette dinner.

Very good for a standard Bourgogne. Certainly close to Saint Veran and Pouiily Fuissé. White fruit all around plus full bodied. — 6 years ago
