Round, supple, good mouth feel, targeted, small vineyard, but drinks like a big house champagne — 6 years ago
Very nice Julienas... nice fruit and smooth tannins. I usually don’t drink gamay but this one caught my eye at a tasting and had it yesterday after an old Châteauneuf de pape. Dark fruit , blueberry...smooth tannins — 7 years ago
Very forward for a Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Tropical fruit with some minerality on the nose. Persistent but not overpowering acidity with enough body to match. Some residual sugar on the palette as well. — 7 years ago
Yummy “old vine” Chardonnay.. Tasted prior to going out last evening with Lis. — 8 years ago

As Tom Cassagrande said, spot on Burgundy white. Lemon oil, wet stone, slightly closed/reduced and showing a bit more character on day 2, this is what I remember Bougogne balance of the late 90's and early 2000's to taste like. — 4 years ago

WoW what a good one ! Mineral and fruity nose at once : lemon, white flowers, a bit of crushed rocks with too. Superb. The palate is well balanced with a sheer acid backbone and some nice texture and grip all along. Lemon is there to play its part. Long finish with lemon and rocks. A sancerre that plays in the Chablis league ! Love it — 7 years ago

Such a beautiful and elegant rosé. Truly everything you want — 7 years ago
A wealth of fruit, the secondary notes beckon with time but I am not complaining. Red fruit and a certain slick stone forward are what get me to the haunting notes of pastilles: lavender and licorice. The finish goes on. On flipping onnnnn. Pairs INSANELY well with Republique’s zaatar-spiced cauliflower. I thought the mushrooms in cavatelli would be it but no. Taste with the zaatar of the cauliflower. — 7 years ago
